NAD+ retains its quality for 12 months when stored correctly and is unopened. When the product is opened and stored in cool dark conditions (preferably refrigerated) the product retains its qualities for 3 months.

Most people do not have any side effects from using NAD+ for home use .

A small minority may experience a slight sensitivity after use. The most common side effects is slight bruising or redness at the site of the micro injection. If you are trying  NAD+ for home use for the first time, we need to get the NAD+ into your system and working for you. We suggest taking NAD+ for home use each day for the first 3 days, followed by every other day thereafter.

This is very individual to each person and depends what you need to ‘fix’ and what you are trying to achieve. For example you may be a sports person in training or you maybe a mature person wanting to reverse aging on a mental and physical level. It is not unusual to get a bruise. To help gain relief you may :

– Apply gentle pressure on the site to help prevent the development of a bruise. Do not massage or rub the injection site, as this will make any potential bruise worse.

– ⁠Treat the affected area with ice. Do not inject the NAD+ supplement on or near the site until the bruise has healed completely.

– ⁠If you experience significant pain, ⁠contact your healthcare provider

To administer, pinch the skin tightly between your finger and thumb with one hand, and with the syringe in your other hand, inject at a 45-degree angle.

It’s important to chose different injection sites each time to avoid skin irritation. It is normal to occasionally experience a bruise or a small bump at the injection site; simply make sure to inject in a different area for your next dose.

Mornings are usually a good time to inject as you may feel energised and not sleepy initially after injecting.

You can also chose to inject before exercise can as it can improve stamina and endurance.

Your vial of NAD+ for home arrives sealed with a metal ring top over a rubber bung.

You may chose to go through the centre of the rubber bung in which case, wipe the top with an antiseptic swab provided, before each use and store the vial in the fridge for optimal freshness. This can blunt the micro needle tip.

Another option is to carefully remove the rubber bung and place the micro syringe in the vial and draw up your dose. Replace the rubber bung. BE CAREFUL NOT TO KNOCK THE VIAL OVER

You will need to carefully remove and discard the metal ring top (a small bottle opener will do this) and then you are ready to insert the syringe.

Tilt and turn : Tilt the vial slightly so the liquid gathers in one corner. Gently turn the vial to help gather the remaining liquid towards the opening.

Syringe: Make sure the needle is correctly positioned in the area where the liquid is pooled. You might need to tilt the vial as you draw up the product.

Tap the Vial: Gently tap the sides of the vial to move the liquid towards the bottom. This can help consolidate the liquid and make it easier to draw up into the micro syringe
