LIMITLESS LIFE LABS would like to thank you for shopping with us, we know you have a choice.

LIMITLESS LIFE LABS truly appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason and you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service, we offer to resolve any issues and have a straightforward refund policy.

Our Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

Gift cards.

Gift cards are non refundable.

Downloadable software products.

Downloadable software products are non refundable.

Some health and personal care items are non refundable – these include our SubQ kits as we cannot confirm that they have not been contaminated or stored correctly.

Items not received due to recipient not being available receive the package are not refundable.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any of the following reasons:

1. You did not receive the product or service you ordered.

2. The product or service you received is not as described.

3. The product or service is defective or malfunctioning.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

To request a refund, please contact us using the contact form on the website and include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. We will process your request and issue a refund within 21 business days of receiving your request.

Please note that we may require additional information or evidence to process your refund request. If we determine that your refund request is valid, we will issue a refund/partial refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/partial refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account/credit card again.

Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Secondly contact your bank. There is often some processing time by the bank before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the website contact form.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/discounted items will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Products will be replaced if they are defective or damaged. We will exchange it for the same item. Please contact us using the website contact form explaining why the product is defective or damaged. We may require photographic evidence and we will require you to send the item back to us. We have an excellent quality assurance system where orders, products and packaging are double checked before despatch we do not envisage you will have any issues.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return a product firstly, complete the contact form on the website and wait for further instructions

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you are located. the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exclusions

The following items are excluded from our refund policy:

1. Products or services that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

2. Products or services that have been purchased through a third-party retailer.

3. Products or services that have been purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request.

4. ⁠The SubQ kits as we cannot guarantee their sterility, integrity and storage
